Welcome to TransFIREmation™. By accessing or using our website (www.transfiremation.com), participating in our workshops, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
TransFIREmation™ offers transformational experiences, including firewalking, glass walking, and personal and corporate development workshops.
All participants must be at least 18 years of age or have written consent from a parent or guardian.
By registering for any TransFIREmation™ event, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume full personal responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
2. Participation & Assumption of Risk
Participation in TransFIREmation™ experiences involves physical, emotional, and psychological activities, including firewalking and related exercises, which carry inherent risks.
By participating, you:

Participants must follow all instructions provided by facilitators.
TransFIREmation™ reserves the right to remove any participant from an event if they are acting in a manner that is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
3. Safety & Liability
All activities are facilitated by trained professionals under controlled conditions, and safety is a top priority.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransFIREmation™, Daphne Paras, SacredSeeker, and all affiliated facilitators, staff, and venues are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur before, during, or after participation.
All participants are required to sign a waiver and release form prior to engaging in physical activities.
4. Payment & Cancellations
Full or partial payment may be required to secure your participation.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit

Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable
In the event of postponement, payments will be transferred to a future date or credited toward another experience.
TransFIREmation™ is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other external expenses.
5. Certification Programs
Participation in certification programs requires full attendance and engagement.
Certification is not guaranteed and is awarded at the sole discretion of TransFIREmation™ based on completion of training requirements and demonstrated competency.
6. Use of Content & Intellectual Property
All content, materials, teachings, and methodologies are the intellectual property of TransFIREmation™ and Daphne Paras.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or taught without written permission.
Photography or video taken during events may be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided prior to the event.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely to provide services and communicate with you.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law.
8. Communications
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive updates, newsletters, and event communications.
You may unsubscribe at any time.
9. Disclaimer
Our workshops are intended for personal growth and development and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.
Participants are encouraged to consult a healthcare provider if needed prior to participation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
11. Force Majeure
TransFIREmation™ is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
