TransFIREmation offers transformational experiences, including firewalking, glass walking, and related personal and corporate development workshops. All participants must be at least 18 years of age or have written consent from a parent or guardian.

By registering for any TransFIREmation event, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume all personal responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the experience.

2. Safety & Liability
All activities, including firewalking, are facilitated by certified professionals under controlled conditions. Safety is our top priority.
However, participation is voluntary and at your own risk. TransFIREmation, its founder Daphne Paras, and any affiliated facilitators or venues are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Participants must follow all safety instructions and sign a waiver and release form before taking part in any physical activity.

3. Payment & Cancellations

• Full or partial payment may be required to secure your spot in a workshop or event.

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future workshop.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

• In the unlikely event of postponement, your payment will be transferred to a rescheduled date or credited toward a future experience.
   

4. Use of Content
All content on this website—including text, photos, videos, and graphics—is the intellectual property of TransFIREmation or used with permission. No part of this site may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written consent. Photos or videos taken during events may be used in promotional materials unless you notify us in writing before the event.

5. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as name, email, phone number, or payment details) is used solely to provide our services and communicate about upcoming events.
