FAQ

Firewalking is the ancient practice of walking barefoot across a bed of hot embers. In a corporate context, it becomes a powerful metaphor for overcoming challenges, transcending fear, and aligning with purpose. Participants are guided to connect with company goals, break through limiting beliefs, and strengthen group cohesion—making it a transformational experience for both individuals and teams.
For offsite events, our team arrives several hours prior to the start time. The full event duration is approximately three hours and includes:
Arrival and setup
Workshop and energy-raising exercises
Fire lighting
Walk and closing celebration
Additional social time is encouraged post-walk for reflection and connection.
Wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable. We recommend layers, as temperatures can shift throughout the evening. Shoes are worn until the firewalk portion begins. If rain is in the forecast, a baseball cap or hooded jacket is a great way to stay comfortable while staying present in the moment.
It’s neither hype nor purely science—it’s energetic transformation. While we touch on the science behind the practice, the true magic lies in shifting your state of consciousness, raising your energy, and connecting to your body’s wisdom. It is somatic, spiritual, and grounded in thousands of years of tradition.
Yes—with a few adaptations. The workshop portion is typically held indoors, while the firewalk itself must be outside due to safety and ventilation. The firewalk portion can also be hosted under a tent; however, the actual burn must take place outdoors and remain uncovered. We've successfully facilitated firewalks year-round—even in snow! Weather becomes part of the experience and the transformation.
